Terms and Conditions for Lateron

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lateron Communication mobile application (“App”), which is owned and operated by MSDK Studios Inc (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the App.
1. Use of the App
The App is available on iOS and Android.
You must create an account to use the App and provide accurate, complete, and current information.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Joining Lateron Communication
1. When signing up for the Lateron Communication app you will be asked to provide your phone number for a one time verification passcode (OTP).
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the short code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
3. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@msdkstudio.com
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive one message per attempt to verify your phone number. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

2. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party services (including, but not limited to, Twilio for SMS, Firebase, and Supabase). By using the App, you agree that your use of these services may be subject to their own terms and policies.
3. User Content
You may send and share content (including text, images, and messages) with other users of your choosing.
Content you send is visible only to the recipients you select.
We do not use your content for marketing or promotional purposes.
You are solely responsible for the content you share.
Prohibited Uses: You agree not to use the App to:
Spam or harass other users
Share illegal, harmful, or infringing content
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the App
4. Privacy
We collect certain personal information, including your name, email, and phone number. Our use of your personal information is governed by our [Privacy Policy]. Please review it carefully.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activity. You may delete your account and data at any time (see our Privacy Policy for details).
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees that the App will always be secure, error-free, or available without interruption.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MSDK Studios Inc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the App.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County, New York, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. Both parties agree to waive their right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms will reflect any changes. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Lateron Child Safety Standards

Lateron, developed and operated by MSDK Studio, is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).
Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users may not create, upload, share, distribute, request, promote, or facilitate:
Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)
Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors
Grooming behavior or attempts to establish inappropriate relationships with minors
Solicitation of sexual content involving minors
Any activity that promotes, supports, or facilitates the exploitation of children
Any account found to be engaging in these activities will be subject to immediate suspension or permanent termination.
Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you become aware of content, behavior, or activity that may involve the exploitation, abuse, or endangerment of a child, please report it to our Child Safety Team.

Reports are reviewed and appropriate action will be taken, which may include content removal, account suspension, account termination, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.
Enforcement
MSDK Studio reserves the right to investigate reports of child safety violations and take any action necessary to protect users and comply with applicable laws.
Violations of these standards may result in:
Removal of content
Temporary account suspension
Permanent account termination
Reporting to law enforcement or appropriate child protection organizations where required
